REPORT OVERVIEW OF SCIENTIFIC
RESEARCH AND TRAINING

After nearly thirty years of working at Hanoi Law University, I have always successfully fulfill my responsibilities as an educator and researcher. The following findings are the major achievements of my professional duty.
I. EDUCATION
1. Academic degree
I have been lecturing at different academic levels: vocational, undergraduate, graduate for both part-time and full-time students at Hanoi Law University. In addition, I have worked with a broad variety of institutions including the Faculty of Law of The People’s Police Academy, Graduate Academy of Social Sciences, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration, and National Academy of Public Administration. During my work, I always strive for a higher quality standard by never stop improving, keeping my professional knowledge up to date as well as employing interactive methods of lecturing. I have also participated in constructing the framework for master and doctorate degree education of Hanoi Law University since 2006.
2. Theses supervision
Throughout the years of my service, I have successfully supervised various undergraduate students, along with over thirty master and one doctoral level students. Currently, there are three master and three doctoral candidates under my supervision.
II. RESEARCH
To this day, I have published thirty-four articles on professional magazines and journals, directed two institution-level researches, participated in five institution-level, one ministry-level and one national-level researches. I am the chief author of five monographs and textbooks, co-author of nine monographs, references and textbooks along with participation in scientific conferences of various levels.
1. Curriculum and course materials compilation
In order to assist the teaching, Department of Theoretical State Laws and I have built a complete curriculum for both undergraduate and vocational levels. Pursuant to Hanoi Law University, we revise the curriculum annually, and continually edit, improve and update it in accordance with practical situations.
2. Theoretical research on various fields of law
I have thoroughly research, access, compare and contrast perspectives on basic issues such as legal sources, legal norms, legal relations, legal system, legal liabilities... I have participated in national-level scientific research KX-04-05: Theoretical Issues of Legal System, Legal Liabilities – Theoretical and Practical Issues, Theoretical Issues of Legal Relations, Principles and Ideology of Socialist Republic of Vietnam Laws in the Reform and Global Integration Era.
3. Research on consciousness, behaviors and legal behaviors
I have been lecturing the topics of consciousness, behavior, legal behaviors and legal lifestyle... for master courses at Hanoi Law University and other institutions. I have published some articles: Individuals’ Legal Consciousness, Mechanisms to Establish of Subject’s Behavior in Participating in Legal Relations, Building a Legal Lifestyle, Incentivizing Legal Behavior, Behavior and Legal Behaviors.
4. Research on social adjustment tool beside law
The reason I am interested to this content is because Vietnam is an eastern country associated with rice culture and colonization lifestyle in villages so those institutions are still being used or heavily influenced by the other adjustment tools such as: conventions, customary laws, public opinion; customs and traditions, morality, religious... Some related articles include: Public Opinion and Law, Laws and Practices in Adjusting Social Relations, Building a Legal Lifestyle and Issues of Teaching Law; Vietnam’s Legal Culture in the Context of Globalization.
5. Research on legal techniques and legislative
My notable works include: co-author of ‘Process and techniques of Legislative’; Issues of Improving the Handling of Administrative Violations, Legal and Technical Issues in Amending and Supplementing Legal Documents, Common Administrative Documents - Theoretical and Practical Issues in Our Country, Journal of Jurisprudence, No. 12/2006; Legislation Ensure for Common Administrative Documents, Journal of Legislative Studies, Issues regarding the Amended the 1992 Constitution.
6. Research on practical application of law
I have participated in a ministry-level scientific research: The Social Value of Law in the Context of Vietnam Politics, Society, Culture and Traditions along with a number of other projects such as: How the Law of Personal Income Stay Relevant to Social Life, the monograph Application of the Law in Vietnam Today.
7. Research on state organization and operation
On this subject, I am interested in issues such as: power of the state, transparency in implementing of the power of the state, elected representative institutions such as the Congress, People’s Council, democracy…

BÁO CÁO TỔNG QUAN KHOA HỌC
NGHIÊN CỨU VÀ ĐÀO TẠO Lê Vương dài trường Đại học Luật Hà Nội Sau gần ba mươi năm làm việc tại trường Đại học Luật Hà Nội, tôi đã luôn luôn hoàn thành tốt trách nhiệm của một nhà giáo dục và nghiên cứu. Những phát hiện sau đây là những thành tựu chủ yếu của nhiệm vụ chuyên môn của tôi. I. GIÁO DỤC 1. Mức độ học tập tôi đã được giảng dạy ở các cấp học khác nhau: dạy nghề, đại học, sau đại học cho cả hai bán thời gian và toàn thời gian sinh viên Đại học Luật Hà Nội. Ngoài ra, tôi đã làm việc với một loạt rộng rãi các tổ chức bao gồm các Khoa Luật của Học viện Cảnh sát nhân dân, tốt nghiệp Học viện Khoa học Xã hội, Học viện Chính trị Quốc gia Hồ Chí Minh và hành chính, và Học viện Hành chính. Trong công việc của tôi, tôi luôn luôn phấn đấu cho một tiêu chuẩn chất lượng cao hơn bằng cách không bao giờ ngừng cải thiện, giữ kiến thức chuyên môn của tôi đến nay cũng như sử dụng phương pháp tương tác của giảng dạy. Tôi cũng đã tham gia trong việc xây dựng khuôn khổ cho giáo dục thạc sĩ và tiến sĩ văn bằng của trường Đại học Luật Hà Nội từ năm 2006. 2. Luận án giám sát suốt những năm phục vụ của tôi, tôi đã giám sát thành công sinh viên đại học khác nhau, cùng với hơn ba mươi bậc thầy và một sinh viên trình độ tiến sĩ. Hiện nay, có ba thạc sĩ và ba ứng cử viên tiến sĩ dưới sự giám sát của tôi. II. NGHIÊN CỨU Cho đến ngày nay, tôi đã xuất bản ba mươi bốn bài báo trên tạp chí chuyên ngành và tạp chí, đạo diễn hai nghiên cứu tổ chức cấp, tham gia trong năm tổ chức cấp, một cấp bộ và một nghiên cứu cấp quốc gia. Tôi là tác giả chính của năm chuyên khảo và sách giáo khoa, đồng tác giả của chín chuyên khảo, tham khảo và sách giáo khoa cùng với sự tham gia trong hội thảo khoa học các cấp. 1. Chương trình giảng dạy và tài liệu học biên soạn Để hỗ trợ việc giảng dạy, Sở lý thuyết pháp luật Nhà nước và tôi đã xây dựng một chương trình hoàn chỉnh cho cả đại học và trung cấp. Căn cứ vào Đại học Luật Hà Nội, chúng tôi rà soát lại các chương trình đào tạo hàng năm, và tiếp tục chỉnh sửa, hoàn thiện và cập nhật nó phù hợp với tình hình thực tế. 2. Nghiên cứu lý thuyết về các lĩnh vực khác nhau của luật tôi đã nghiên cứu kỹ lưỡng, truy cập, so sánh và quan điểm trái ngược về các vấn đề cơ bản như nguồn vốn hợp pháp, chuẩn mực pháp lý, quan hệ pháp luật, hệ thống pháp luật, trách nhiệm pháp lý ... Tôi đã tham gia cấp quốc gia nghiên cứu khoa học KX -04-05: Các vấn đề lý thuyết của hệ thống pháp luật, Trách nhiệm pháp lý - Các vấn đề lý thuyết và thực hành, các vấn đề lý thuyết quan hệ pháp lý, nguyên tắc và tư tưởng của xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam Cộng Hòa Pháp luật trong cải cách và hội nhập kỷ nguyên toàn cầu. 3. Nghiên cứu về ý thức, hành vi và hành vi pháp lý Tôi đã được giảng dạy các chủ đề của ý thức, hành vi, hành vi pháp luật và lối sống theo pháp luật ... cho các khóa học thạc sĩ tại Đại học Luật Hà Nội và các tổ chức khác. Tôi đã xuất bản một số bài viết: ý thức pháp luật của cá nhân, cơ chế để Thiết lập của hành vi Chủ đề trong tham gia trong quan hệ pháp lý, xây dựng một lối sống Pháp, Incentivizing hành vi pháp lý, hành vi và hành vi pháp lý. 4. Nghiên cứu về công cụ điều chỉnh xã hội bên cạnh luật Lý do tôi đang quan tâm đến nội dung này là do Việt Nam là một quốc gia đông kết hợp với trồng lúa và lối sống thực dân ở các làng do đó, những tổ chức vẫn đang được sử dụng hoặc bị ảnh hưởng nhiều bởi các công cụ điều chỉnh khác như: công ước , luật tục, dư luận; phong tục tập quán, đạo đức, tôn giáo ... Một số bài viết liên quan bao gồm: Công luận và pháp luật, pháp luật và thực tiễn trong việc điều chỉnh quan hệ xã hội, xây dựng một lối sống và các vấn đề pháp lý của Luật giảng dạy; Văn hóa pháp lý của Việt Nam trong bối cảnh toàn cầu hoá. 5. Nghiên cứu về kỹ thuật pháp lý và luật pháp công trình đáng chú ý của tôi bao gồm: đồng tác giả của "Quy trình và kỹ thuật lập pháp"; Cải thiện các vấn đề về xử lý vi phạm hành chính, vấn đề pháp lý và kỹ thuật trong sửa đổi, bổ sung văn bản pháp luật, tài liệu hành chính thông thường - Các vấn đề lý thuyết và thực hành tại quốc gia của chúng tôi, Tạp chí khoa học pháp lý, số 12/2006; Pháp luật Đảm bảo cho tài liệu hành chính thông thường, Tạp chí Nghiên cứu Lập pháp, các vấn đề liên quan đến việc sửa đổi Hiến pháp năm 1992. 6. Nghiên cứu ứng dụng thực tế của pháp luật tôi đã tham gia một nghiên cứu khoa học cấp Bộ: Giá trị xã hội của Luật trong bối cảnh Việt Nam Chính trị, Xã hội, Văn hóa và truyền thống cùng với một số dự án khác như: Làm thế nào Luật thu nhập cá nhân Vẫn liên quan đến đời sống xã hội, các ứng dụng chuyên khảo của Luật ở Việt Nam ngày nay. 7. Nghiên cứu về tổ chức nhà nước và hoạt động Với chủ đề này, tôi quan tâm đến các vấn đề như: quyền lực của nhà nước, minh bạch trong việc thực hiện quyền lực của nhà nước, cơ quan đại diện dân cử như Quốc hội, Hội đồng nhân dân, dân chủ ... III. Thành tích 1. Bài viết Văn hóa pháp lý của Việt Nam trong toàn cầu hóa Trend Luật và Công ước trong việc điều chỉnh quan hệ xã hội 2. Chuyên khảo về vấn đề pháp lý quan hệ thủ tục pháp lý và kỹ thuật 3. Nghiên cứu Quản lý Các khóa học làm việc nghiên cứu của Trường Đại học Luật Hà Nội - Vấn đề và Giải pháp IV. DỰ ÁN HIỆN Tôi hiện đang đại diện cho Bộ Tư pháp và văn bản pháp luật chuyên gia, làm việc trong dự án Phát triển lập pháp quốc gia của Việt Nam trong mối quan hệ với Canada. NGHIÊN CỨU VÀ ĐÀO TẠO Lê Vương dài trường Đại học Luật Hà Nội Sau gần ba mươi năm làm việc tại trường Đại học Luật Hà Nội, tôi đã luôn luôn hoàn thành tốt trách nhiệm của một nhà giáo dục và nghiên cứu. Những phát hiện sau đây là những thành tựu chủ yếu của nhiệm vụ chuyên môn của tôi. I. GIÁO DỤC 1. Mức độ học tập tôi đã được giảng dạy ở các cấp học khác nhau: dạy nghề, đại học, sau đại học cho cả hai bán thời gian và toàn thời gian sinh viên Đại học Luật Hà Nội. Ngoài ra, tôi đã làm việc với một loạt rộng rãi các tổ chức bao gồm các Khoa Luật của Học viện Cảnh sát nhân dân, tốt nghiệp Học viện Khoa học Xã hội, Học viện Chính trị Quốc gia Hồ Chí Minh và hành chính, và Học viện Hành chính. Trong công việc của tôi, tôi luôn luôn phấn đấu cho một tiêu chuẩn chất lượng cao hơn bằng cách không bao giờ ngừng cải thiện, giữ kiến thức chuyên môn của tôi đến nay cũng như sử dụng phương pháp tương tác của giảng dạy. Tôi cũng đã tham gia trong việc xây dựng khuôn khổ cho giáo dục thạc sĩ và tiến sĩ văn bằng của trường Đại học Luật Hà Nội từ năm 2006. 2. Luận án giám sát suốt những năm phục vụ của tôi, tôi đã giám sát thành công sinh viên đại học khác nhau, cùng với hơn ba mươi bậc thầy và một sinh viên trình độ tiến sĩ. Hiện nay, có ba thạc sĩ và ba ứng cử viên tiến sĩ dưới sự giám sát của tôi. II. NGHIÊN CỨU Cho đến ngày nay, tôi đã xuất bản ba mươi bốn bài báo trên tạp chí chuyên ngành và tạp chí, đạo diễn hai nghiên cứu tổ chức cấp, tham gia trong năm tổ chức cấp, một cấp bộ và một nghiên cứu cấp quốc gia. Tôi là tác giả chính của năm chuyên khảo và sách giáo khoa, đồng tác giả của chín chuyên khảo, tham khảo và sách giáo khoa cùng với sự tham gia trong hội thảo khoa học các cấp. 1. Chương trình giảng dạy và tài liệu học biên soạn Để hỗ trợ việc giảng dạy, Sở lý thuyết pháp luật Nhà nước và tôi đã xây dựng một chương trình hoàn chỉnh cho cả đại học và trung cấp. Căn cứ vào Đại học Luật Hà Nội, chúng tôi rà soát lại các chương trình đào tạo hàng năm, và tiếp tục chỉnh sửa, hoàn thiện và cập nhật nó phù hợp với tình hình thực tế. 2. Nghiên cứu lý thuyết về các lĩnh vực khác nhau của luật tôi đã nghiên cứu kỹ lưỡng, truy cập, so sánh và quan điểm trái ngược về các vấn đề cơ bản như nguồn vốn hợp pháp, chuẩn mực pháp lý, quan hệ pháp luật, hệ thống pháp luật, trách nhiệm pháp lý ... Tôi đã tham gia cấp quốc gia nghiên cứu khoa học KX -04-05: Các vấn đề lý thuyết của hệ thống pháp luật, Trách nhiệm pháp lý - Các vấn đề lý thuyết và thực hành, các vấn đề lý thuyết quan hệ pháp lý, nguyên tắc và tư tưởng của xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam Cộng Hòa Pháp luật trong cải cách và hội nhập kỷ nguyên toàn cầu. 3. Nghiên cứu về ý thức, hành vi và hành vi pháp lý Tôi đã được giảng dạy các chủ đề của ý thức, hành vi, hành vi pháp luật và lối sống theo pháp luật ... cho các khóa học thạc sĩ tại Đại học Luật Hà Nội và các tổ chức khác. Tôi đã xuất bản một số bài viết: ý thức pháp luật của cá nhân, cơ chế để Thiết lập của hành vi Chủ đề trong tham gia trong quan hệ pháp lý, xây dựng một lối sống Pháp, Incentivizing hành vi pháp lý, hành vi và hành vi pháp lý. 4. Nghiên cứu về công cụ điều chỉnh xã hội bên cạnh luật Lý do tôi đang quan tâm đến nội dung này là do Việt Nam là một quốc gia đông kết hợp với trồng lúa và lối sống thực dân ở các làng do đó, những tổ chức vẫn đang được sử dụng hoặc bị ảnh hưởng nhiều bởi các công cụ điều chỉnh khác như: công ước , luật tục, dư luận; phong tục tập quán, đạo đức, tôn giáo ... Một số bài viết liên quan bao gồm: Công luận và pháp luật, pháp luật và thực tiễn trong việc điều chỉnh quan hệ xã hội, xây dựng một lối sống và các vấn đề pháp lý của Luật giảng dạy; Văn hóa pháp lý của Việt Nam trong bối cảnh toàn cầu hoá. 5. Nghiên cứu về kỹ thuật pháp lý và luật pháp công trình đáng chú ý của tôi bao gồm: đồng tác giả của "Quy trình và kỹ thuật lập pháp"; Cải thiện các vấn đề về xử lý vi phạm hành chính, vấn đề pháp lý và kỹ thuật trong sửa đổi, bổ sung văn bản pháp luật, tài liệu hành chính thông thường - Các vấn đề lý thuyết và thực hành tại quốc gia của chúng tôi, Tạp chí khoa học pháp lý, số 12/2006; Pháp luật Đảm bảo cho tài liệu hành chính thông thường, Tạp chí Nghiên cứu Lập pháp, các vấn đề liên quan đến việc sửa đổi Hiến pháp năm 1992. 6. Nghiên cứu ứng dụng thực tế của pháp luật tôi đã tham gia một nghiên cứu khoa học cấp Bộ: Giá trị xã hội của Luật trong bối cảnh Việt Nam Chính trị, Xã hội, Văn hóa và truyền thống cùng với một số dự án khác như: Làm thế nào Luật thu nhập cá nhân Vẫn liên quan đến đời sống xã hội, các ứng dụng chuyên khảo của Luật ở Việt Nam ngày nay. 7. Nghiên cứu về tổ chức nhà nước và hoạt động Với chủ đề này, tôi quan tâm đến các vấn đề như: quyền lực của nhà nước, minh bạch trong việc thực hiện quyền lực của nhà nước, cơ quan đại diện dân cử như Quốc hội, Hội đồng nhân dân, dân chủ ... DỰ ÁN HIỆN Tôi hiện đang đại diện cho Bộ Tư pháp và văn bản pháp luật chuyên gia, làm việc trong dự án Phát triển lập pháp quốc gia của Việt Nam trong mối quan hệ với Canada.
