Prepare equipment for the company/projects
- To complete all necessary formalities for newcomers: medical check, employee profile; to co-ordinate with other teams in preparing working facilities for newcomer (PCs, desks, email, phone, working station, transportation, accommodation…)
- Prepare any relevant legal documents
- Ability to work with various departments and foster team work.

Recruitment:
- Develop, update, follow up, and review recruitment strategy
- Making the recruitment plan
- Always follow up the recruitment plan
- Work with PMs, develop and update all procedure/process related to recruitment.
- Work with PMs, develop and update all job description in the organization.
- To create database of candidates for recruitment
- To create networks of candidates, headhunters and professional HR socials
- To advertise, collecting CVs, screening of CVs, organizing tests/interviews according to Company’s Recruitment process
- Ensure candidate & resume database(s) are up-to-date
- Search and identify reliable service provider(s) for recruitment & selection services; manage the relationship and monitor performance against KPI’s
Others:
- To assist in working environment analyses and improvement
- Organize and file documents. Maintain filing system of staff personnel files, leave application forms
- Organize company events, including company trip, celebrations, team building…etc.
- Assist for employee and organization development program
- Follow up HR Plans
- Report to managers
Employee Relation:
- Handle employment matters
- Handle and resolve any employee grievances
- Assist in shaping the company culture that is aligned to the company core values
- Coordinate and assist management in handling misconduct cases such as preparing disciplinary letters, conducting domestic inquiries
- Involve in counseling employees when necessary
- Ensure adherence of staff to company, policies, rules and regulations
- Provide ideas/inputs to improve the process and procedures
- Collect feedback/comment/suggestion/complaint from employees and give suitable solutions
