9. TERMS OF THE CONTRACT VALIDITY
9.1. This contract is valid from the date of its signing until 31.12.2017 But in any case till fulfilling of all liabilities under this Сontract and its appendices.
10. OTHER CONDITIONS
10.1. After the contract is signed all prior agreements and the correspondence relating to the subject of this contract shall become void.
10.2. The Parties have agreed that during execution of the conditions of this Contract to use fax and e-mail and accept a legal force of facsimile and scanned text, signature and stamp, followed up by original documents.
All the appendixes form an integral part of the Contract.
All the Contract conditions changes are to be mentioned in the Additional agreements which are an integral part of the Contract.
10.3. This contract is issued in Russian and English, in two originals having equal legal force, one for each Party. In case of discrepancies or differences in the interpretation of terminology content in English and Russian versions of this contract, the Russian version of the Contract shall prevail.

9. ĐIỀU KHOẢN CỦA HỢP ĐỒNG GIÁ TRỊ

10.2. Các bên đã nhất trí rằng trong thực hiện các điều kiện của hợp đồng này để sử dụng fax và e-mail và chấp nhận một lực pháp lý của văn bản fax và scan, chữ ký và đóng dấu, theo dõi bởi các văn bản gốc.
Tất cả các phụ lục là một phần không tách rời của hợp đồng.
Tất cả các điều kiện hợp đồng thay đổi này được đề cập trong các hiệp định bổ sung đó là một phần không tách rời của hợp đồng.
10.3. Hợp đồng này được phát hành bằng tiếng Nga và tiếng Anh, thành hai bản có hiệu lực pháp lý như nhau, mỗi bên. Trong trường hợp có sự khác biệt hay khác biệt trong việc giải thích các nội dung thuật ngữ trong tiếng Anh và tiếng Nga của hợp đồng này, phiên bản tiếng Nga của Hợp đồng sẽ được áp dụng.
