6.1 The terms of payment of the Contract Price shall be as follows:
6.1.1 Payment for the engineering service
(1) Ten percent (10%) of the engineering service price amounting to USD

days by T/T (telegraphic transfer) after Effective Date.
(2) Eighty percent (80%) of the engineering service price amounting to USD
**** (USD : ******only) shall be paid in accordance with the
Document Delivery Schedule in Annex 5 (Document Delivery Schedule)
rendered by CONTRACTOR as follow:
- Complete F1 document submission in Annex 5 50%
- Complete F2 document submission in Annex 5 30%
(3) Ten percent (10%) of the engineering service price amounting to USD
*** (USD :****** only) shall be paid as the last and final payment
within thirty (30) days after receipt As-built drawing.
6.1.2 Payment for the supervisory service
(1) ******* of the supervisory service price amounting to USD *****(USD :
*******only) shall be paid within thirty (30) days against progress as
following :
- Against Site Mobilization 10%
- Completion erection P1 in Annex 1 20%
- Complete erection P2 in Annex 1 30%
- Achievement of Take Over date 30%
Note : The measurement of erection work progress shall be mutually
agreed during implementation phase. The reasonable measurement
in quantity and quality of work shall be applied correctly

(2) Ten percent (10%) of the supervisory service price amounting to USD

within thirty (30) days after the issuance of the Acceptance Certificate.
6.1.3 Payment for the erection service
(1) **** (90%) of the erection service price amounting to USD******) shall
be paid within thirty (30) days against progress as following :
- Against Site Mobilization 10%
- Completion erection P1 in Annex 1 20%
- Complete erection P2 in Annex 1 30%
- Achievement of Take Over date 30%
Note : The measurement of erection work progress shall be mutually
agreed during implementation phase. The reasonable measurement
in quantity and quality of work shall be applied correctly

6.2 The payments stated above shall be made by VKPC within thirty (30) days after receipt

the bank account to be designated by the CONTRACTOR within thirty (30) days after
VKPC receipt of the invoice.

RTICLE 6: ĐIỀU KHOẢN THANH TOÁN
6.1 Các điều khoản thanh toán của hợp đồng giá được quy định như sau:
6.1.1 Thanh toán cho các dịch vụ kỹ thuật
(1) Mười phần trăm (10%) của giá dịch vụ kỹ thuật lên tới USD
**** ( USD: ***** chỉ) được trả lương như nộp tiền tạm ứng trong vòng 30
ngày bằng T / T (chuyển khoản) sau ngày có hiệu lực.
(2) Tám mươi phần trăm (80%) của giá dịch vụ kỹ thuật lên tới USD
** ** (USD: ****** chỉ) sẽ được thanh toán theo quy định của
Phụ lục tài liệu giao hàng tại Phụ lục 5 (Document Delivery Schedule)
đưa ra bởi THẦU như sau:
- Toàn bộ tài liệu trình F1 tại Phụ lục 5 50%
- F2 Complete nộp tài liệu trong Phụ lục 5 30%
(3) Mười phần trăm (10%) của giá dịch vụ kỹ thuật lên tới USD
*** (USD: ****** chỉ) được trả lương như việc thanh toán cuối cùng và cuối cùng
trong vòng ba mươi ( 30) ngày sau khi nhận Khi xây dựng bản vẽ.
6.1.2 Thanh toán cho các dịch vụ giám sát

Note : Việc đo tiến độ công việc lắp đặt phải được hai bên
thống nhất trong giai đoạn thực hiện. Việc đo hợp lý
về số lượng và chất lượng của công trình được áp dụng một cách chính xác

(2) Mười phần trăm (10%) của các giám sát giá dịch vụ lên tới USD
**** (USD: ********** chỉ) được trả lương như việc thanh toán cuối cùng và cuối
cùng. trong vòng ba mươi (30) ngày kể từ ngày cấp Giấy chứng nhận Chấp nhận
6.1.3 thanh toán cho các dịch vụ lắp đặt
(1) **** (90%) của giá dịch vụ lắp đặt lên tới USD ******) sẽ
được thanh toán trong vòng ba mươi (30) ngày so với tiến độ như sau:
- Chống Site Huy động 10 %
- Hoàn thành lắp P1 trong Phụ lục 1 20%
- Hoàn thành lắp dựng P2 trong Phụ lục 1 30%
- Thành tựu của Take Over ngày 30%
Lưu ý: Việc đo tiến độ công việc cương cứng sẽ được hai bên
thống nhất trong giai đoạn thực hiện. Việc đo hợp lý
về số lượng và chất lượng của công trình được áp dụng một cách chính xác

*** (USD: ****** chỉ) được trả lương như người cuối cùng và thanh toán cuối cùng
trong vòng ba mươi (30) ngày kể từ ngày cấp Giấy chứng nhận chấp nhận.
6.2 Các khoản thanh toán nêu trên phải được thực hiện bởi VKPC trong vòng ba mươi (30) ngày sau khi nhận
của THẦU 's hóa đơn hợp lệ bằng các phương tiện truyền chuyển tiền đến
các chiếm ngân hàng được chỉ định bởi các THẦU trong vòng ba mươi (30) ngày kể từ ngày
VKPC nhận được hóa đơn.
6.2 Các khoản thanh toán nêu trên phải được thực hiện bởi VKPC trong vòng ba mươi (30) ngày sau khi nhận
của THẦU 's hóa đơn hợp lệ bằng các phương tiện điện báo chuyển gửi tiền cho
các tài khoản ngân hàng được chỉ định bởi các THẦU trong vòng ba mươi (30) ngày kể từ ngày
VKPC nhận được hóa đơn.
