You can stay in my cabin." Iceland said, and you looked up and smiled.
"Really?"
Mr.Puffin's feathers ruffled. "Are you serious? You're going to let this girl stay in our cabin?!"
"Let me remind you that it's my cabin." Iceland replied irritably. "And I have the right to do whatever I want with it."
Mr. Puffin grunted and flew away.
"I'm sorry," you said. "Did I do something?"
Iceland shook his head. "No, it's just Mr. Puffin has been difficult lately. There's nothing wrong with you."
"Oh." you didn't know what else to say.
Iceland smiled. "Here- I'll go get your bags and you can head over to my cabin."
"Thank you." you said quietly, and walked over to Iceland's cabin.

You got there first, of course, since Iceland was getting your bags. You looked around the cabin.
Then Iceland opened the door, and brought your bags in. You took them from him and placed them in a random area.
"Thank you," you smiled a little. "For letting me stay here."
"No problem," Iceland replied.
"Yeah, no problem, since he thinks you're hot or something." Mr. Puffin scoffed, and Iceland swore.
You giggled. "Geez, I guess I know what you meant when you said your puffin has been causing trouble lately- I wouldn't like it if my pet was spreading lies about me."
"Causing trouble?" Mr. Puffin sounded incredulous. "What's that supposed to mean?"
Iceland ignored him. "Yes, except that wasn't a lie."
You blushed. "You think I'm hot?"
He shrugged. "A bit more than that."
"What do you mean by that?" Mr. Puffin asked. "Do you mean you think she's se-"
"GET OUT!" Iceland growled, and shooed Mr. Puffin out of the cabin.
He slammed the door shut and sighed.
"What was Mr. Puffin going to tell us?" you asked.
"A lie." Iceland said.
"So what do you mean by 'a bit more than that'?"
Iceland sighed and leaned against the wall. "I meant that- Eg elska þig."
You laughed. "I think I may have heard you wrong- or that I need to work on my Icelandic."
Iceland looked alarmed and stood straight up. "What's that supposed to mean?"
"Oh, well what I heard was that you said you loved me."
He looked even more alarmed. "You speak Icelandic?"
You nodded. "Yes, but apparently I need to work on it."
He shook his head, relaxed and smiled. "Oh, (y/n)."
"Hmm?"
"Sometimes you can be so clueless."
"Oh. So you do love me." you seemed completely indifferent and regarded it casually.
He nodded, rendered speechless by your nonchalance.
You grinned suddenly, and threw your arms around his neck. "I love you too, Iceland!"
He smiled and gave you a quick kiss on the lips. "I'm glad."
Of course, a faint scream ruined that moment.
"Oh, I bet it's America." you sighed. "Can't blame him thought- Friday the 13th would be a good movie to watch while camping."
Iceland turned toward you, his eyes wide. "How do you know that?"
You studied his expression for a moment, then laughed. "I saw it in his bag!"
Iceland laughed as well.
