In violation of the Circular No. 36/2015/TT-BTNMT, Article 14 Procedures for registration of hazardous waste sourceIn violation of the Circular No. 36/2015/TT-BTNMT, Article 7: The facility did not sign a contract with an authorized agency to transfer hazardous wastes in the facility. Hazardous wastes were transferred to People’s Committee Commune without legitimate licenses for hazardous waste treatment or hazardous waste management. As per management advice, the People's Committee of Cu Chi District is in charge the collection of hazardous waste and do not provide the facility the mentioned legitimate licenses for hazardous waste treatment or hazardous waste management.
