The debate on whether or not to ext

The debate on whether or not to extend the retirement age of people is currently prominent among a host of activists. Whereas there is an army of enthusiasts believe that this policy has negative effect on economic and social factors, the rest of them discord with such ideas. From my perspective, I am strongly convinced by the former view (It would be more logical if you contend your opinion after discussing both views and considering all agurments)
Firstly/ To start with/ Initially, it is noteworthy that the companies’ profit and national economy can be adversely affected. In fact, due to lack of health and modern technical qualifications, old staffs can not ensure the productivity of companies, which can result in a significant decline in the both quantity and quality (of what?). For instance, the old can hardly adapt to modern technology used to operate manufacturing systems, such as computers. This may leading to the waste (?) to their organizations. Furthermore, Governments have to pay the old a great number of fees like insurance and additional charge to guarantee their safety but receive little money from their work. This put national economy in danger. (There is no need to state your argument twice)
Conversely/ By contrast/ On the contrary/ However some opponents argue that not only does the old use their experience to foster work but they also have rights to work to feel they are surviving.
Perhaps you meant :"Old employees are frequently more experienced in comparison with their younger counterpart, and they should be given opportunities to contribute to the society they live in if they still want to". Such arguments seem to have some merit on the surface. However, when examined carefully, it turns out to be quite short-sight. The appearance of old staffs restricts the young’s opportunities to develop. (It is undeniable that as a consequence of following the old’ methods in work regularly, the young is limited in creativity and can not bestow upton their new ideas. This could be exemplified by Vietnamese national companies, where many young staffs usually imposed by the old, which results to their disappointment and then resign from jobs soon.) (Excellent, despite some minor errors related to word choices and expressions) Besides, facts have shown that there are a large number of students who are unemployed after they graduated. In that case, dimissing old employers who are no longer suitable to their jobs to create more vacancies is a feasible solution. No sooner do they stay at home for a long time than then they find another jobs that does not match their major or passion.
In a nutshell, the issue of extending retirement age jeopardizes both the economy and society. Considering all arguments put forward, I have arrived at the conclusion we should not institutionalise this policy.
