Public (Monthly) TOEIC® Speaking & Writing Program
Test Administration Policies & Procedures
The Center for Professional Assessment (Thailand) administers both Institutional and Public/Monthly TOEIC Speaking & Writing testing programs. The information in this document applies to the Public (Monthly) TOEIC® Speaking & Writing testing program.
The TOEIC® Speaking & Writing and TOEIC® Speaking-Only Public (Monthly) tests are conducted for individual test takers who are not affiliated with a specific organization. Test takers who are testing for a specific organization should check with their organization to determine available test dates and times.
Background Information
The Test of English for International Communication® (TOEIC) Listening & Reading test is a valuable asset in helping companies around the world to make decisions regarding hiring, job assignments, promotion, placement in English-language training programs, and monitoring progress in those programs.
The TOEIC® Speaking and Writing test series has been added to the TOEIC® family of tests to complement the TOEIC® Listening and Reading test and provide a full assessment of a person's ability to communicate in English across all four language skills.
Public (Monthly) TOEIC® Program
When and Where?
The Center for Professional Assessment (Thailand) currently organizes Public (Monthly) TOEIC Speaking & Writing and TOEIC® Speaking-Only test administrations in both our Bangkok and Chiangmai test centers. The TOEIC® Speaking & Writing tests are administered in a combined test. A test taker is required to sit for both tests before a test can be scored.
The Public (Monthly) TOEIC Speaking & Writing and TOEIC Speaking-Only test administrations are conducted on a once-a­-month basis. The test dates and times are fixed. Test dates and times for the 2015 Public (Monthly) TOEIC Speaking & Writing program can be found below ...

Test takers may apply for a 9:00AM, 11:00AM, 1:00PM or a 3:00PM test administration on the available test date. As seating is limited we apologize if the test date and/or test time you request is not available. All test types may not be offered in all time slots.
As seats are limited, test takers interested in participating in a future Public (Monthly) TOEIC Speaking & Writing test administration are recommended register in advance for any of the test dates scheduled.
How?
All examinees testing in a Public (Monthly) test administration are encouraged to make a test reservation request at least two weeks in advance of the test date. Reservations for examinees are currently ONLY accepted by telephone during regular operating hours, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00am until 4:30pm.
Reservations are NOT CONFIRMED until payment has been received and a Confirmation Email has been sent. The Confirmation Email must be brought in to the test center on the test date to complete the registration process.
Any reservation request is treated as a reservation and cancellations or changes can only be made by calling the Reservation Call Center. All Cancellation and Change Policies will be applied to ALL reservation requests. Reservation requests CANNOT be made, canceled or changed online or by email.
Payment can be made in person at the CPA (Thailand) offices in Bangkok and Chiangmai; or by bank transfer directly to the CPA (Thailand) accounts listed in our online test reservation system (all bank fees are the responsibility of the examinee). No deductions from the full fee may be taken for any service charges. ATM Payments CANNOT BE VERIFIED. Bank payment MUST be made through Bank Transfer ONLY.
When making the reservation an examinee should be prepared to provide the following information:

Rescheduling and Cancellation
1. Test takers may change or cancel their reservations up to ten (10) calendar days prior to the Test Date without a penalty charge.
2. Any test taker who cancels or changes their test date less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the test date will have an additional Baht 1,000.00 added to the fee for their next test.
3. Any test taker who fails to appear for a test without canceling will have the FULL test fee (Speaking-Only - Bht 2,250.00, Speaking & Writing - Bht 3,500.00) for each test administration retained or added to their next test fee as a processing charge.
Test Results - Individual Examinees
Test results can be picked up at the Center for Professional Assessment (Thailand) offices in Bangkok and Chiangmai approximately fifteen (15) working days after the test. Test takers will be advised by telephone if scores are delayed. Scores may be picked up between 10:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Saturday.
Score Reports for each examinee are sealed in individual envelopes. On picking up the scores, examinees must submit their original TOEIC® test registration form along with their original valid National Identification card, or Passport. If an examinee designates someone else to pick the score up on their behalf, in addition to the examinee’s original TOEIC registration form and photo identification, the designated person must also bring their own original National photo identification card or Passport.
Examinees may request to have their TOEIC Score reports sent by EMS postal service by notifying TOEIC staff when they leave the test room. All scores are sent only by EMS postal service at a cost of Baht 100.00 per envelope for locations within Thailand.
Score Reports are maintained at CPA (Thailand) for a period of 90 days after the original test date. After the 90-day period all scores reports are treated as Reprint Requests.
TOEIC® Score Result Formats for Individuals
The base fee of each individual Public (Monthly) TOEIC® Speaking & Writing or TOEIC® Speaking-Only test includes one (1) copy of the following result reports...
* Individual Examinee Score Reports with information designed to provide a more detailed explanation of the numerical score -provided in individual sealed envelopes
Individuals requiring official copies of the Score Reports may complete a request form at the Center for Professional Assessment (Thailand). The processing fee is Baht 250.00 per Score Report. Official TOEIC® Score Reprints may be picked up two (2) working days after the request. Score Reprint requests are not accepted over the telephone, by fax, or through e-mail.

Additional information on the TOEIC® Speaking & Writing family of tests can be obtained from the Center for Professional Assessment (Thailand) offices in both Bangkok and Chiangmai. Materials such as brochures and handouts are available from the Centers.
The Center for Professional Assessment (Thailand) also provides the TOEIC® Speaking & Writing test Examinee Handbook to all examinees. The handbook is designed to provide examinees with information on the test format, including question formats, and provides some sample practice questions.

Pricing Policies
The current fee for the Public (Monthly) TOEIC® Speaking & Writing is Baht 3,500.00/Test.
The current fee for the Public (Monthly) TOEIC® Speaking-Only test is Baht 2,250.00/Test.
All fees are quoted inclusive of VAT and payable in Baht.
Payment Policies
CPA (Thailand) does NOT ACCEPT ATM payments. Any ATM payments will be subject to an additional Baht 500.00 surcharge before the test taker is allowed in the test room.



Any Bank Transfer Fees are the responsibility of the PAYEE.

Thí sinh có thể áp dụng cho một 09:00, 11:00, 01:00 hoặc một bài kiểm tra hành chính 3:00 trên ngày thi có sẵn. Gia hạn và hủy
1. Thí sinh có thể thay đổi hoặc hủy bỏ đặt phòng của họ lên đến mười (10) ngày trước khi thử nghiệm ngày mà không có một khoản phí phạt.

Trên nhặt điểm số, thí sinh phải nộp mẫu đăng ký thi TOEIC® ban đầu của họ cùng với thẻ của họ gốc hợp lệ nhận dạng quốc gia, hoặc Hộ chiếu. Nếu một thí sinh chỉ định một người nào khác để chọn tỷ số lên thay cho họ, ngoài gốc TOEIC mẫu đăng ký và hình ảnh nhận dạng của thí sinh, người được chỉ định phải đem theo thẻ của riêng mình ban Quốc gia nhận dạng hình ảnh hoặc Hộ chiếu.
Thí sinh có thể yêu cầu phải có của họ báo cáo Điểm TOEIC được gửi qua dịch vụ bưu chính EMS bằng cách thông báo nhân viên TOEIC khi họ rời khỏi phòng thi. Tất cả các điểm chỉ được gửi qua dịch vụ bưu chính EMS với chi phí Baht 100.00 mỗi phong bì cho các địa điểm ở Thái Lan.
Điểm báo cáo được duy trì ở CPA (Thái Lan) cho thời hạn 90 ngày, kể từ ngày kiểm tra ban đầu. Sau thời gian 90 ngày tất cả các báo cáo điểm số này được xử lý như yêu cầu Reprint.

Cá nhân yêu cầu bản chính thức của Báo cáo số có thể điền vào mẫu yêu cầu tại Trung tâm chuyên nghiệp Đánh giá (Thái Lan). Lệ phí là 250,00 Baht mỗi bảng điểm. In lại Điểm TOEIC® chính thức có thể được chọn cho hai ngày (2) ngày làm việc sau khi yêu cầu. Yêu cầu Điểm Reprint không được chấp nhận qua điện thoại, fax, hoặc qua e-mail.
Thông tin Vật liệu
thông tin bổ sung về TOEIC® Nói & Viết gia đình của các bài kiểm tra có thể được lấy từ Trung tâm Đánh giá chuyên nghiệp (Thái Lan) các văn phòng tại Bangkok và Chiang Mai. Vật liệu như tài liệu quảng cáo và tờ rơi có sẵn từ Trung tâm.
Trung tâm Đánh giá chuyên nghiệp (Thái Lan) cũng cung cấp các TOEIC® Nói & Viết test Handbook thí cho tất cả các thí sinh. Cuốn sổ tay được thiết kế để cung cấp cho thí sinh với các thông tin về định dạng thử nghiệm, bao gồm cả các định dạng câu hỏi, và cung cấp một số câu hỏi thực hành mẫu.

Chính sách thanh toán
CPA (Thái Lan) KHÔNG CHẤP NHẬN thanh toán ATM . Bất kỳ khoản thanh toán ATM sẽ phải chịu một khoản phụ phí Baht 500.00 trước khi những thí sinh được phép vào phòng thi.
