Approve the delegation of power for the Executive Committee, Chairman has full of authority to implement the content of the above resolution and report the result in the next shareholders' meeting or on written report to shareholders.
This resolution shall come into full effect from 19/04/2011, the Executive Committee and related individuals shall be responsible for implementing this resolution.

Phê duyệt uỷ quyền cho Ban chấp hành, Chủ tịch có đầy đủ thẩm quyền để thực hiện các nội dung của Nghị quyết nêu trên và báo cáo kết quả trong cuộc họp các cổ đông tiếp theo hoặc trên báo cáo bằng văn bản cho các cổ đông.
Nghị quyết này có hiệu lực đầy đủ từ 19 / 04/2011, Ban điều hành và các cá nhân có liên quan chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Nghị quyết này.
