AdBlue® is a special treating agent based on water solution with high level (32.5%) of carbamide/urea, engineered for modern diesel vehicles equipped with selective catalytic reduction systems (SCR). The use of carbamide solution decreases the harmful emissions of nitrogen oxides to meet the Euro 5 and Euro 6 requirements, whilst also significantly decreasing the fuel consumption of modern diesel engines. AdBlue® is injected directly into the exhaust system of modern trucks, and converts Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) into harmless molecules of water and nitrogen, thus meeting the stringent environmental standards on exhaust. The treating agent is harmless to human and environment and is 100% biodegradable.
