The buyer and the seller signed agr

The buyer and the seller signed agreement contract about buying 4000 m3 rubber wood material treated soaker and dried.but the commodities did not reach the standard that the buyer required .there are several problems about the commodities.
-the size of rubber wood raw material didnot attain the buyer is required
- the grade ab and the grade bc of the rubber wood raw material didnot conform the technological requirements in contract.
- the colours of rubber wood raw material treated dried are too dark to saitsfied buyer is requirement. what is more, the coulours of rubber wood raw material treated dried are not nonuniform. for example, there are two colours(black and white)on each wood.
The buyer have made many comments to the seller. but the seller didn't adopt suggestions and did not improve the quality of the commodities. in order to defend the buyer's benefits, now the buyer decided to suspend the agreement contrac about buying 6000 m3 rubber wood raw material treated soaker and dried. the contract will not continua until the seller settled all of the problems above
