Pulse air is stringently designed dust-tight compartment containing filter bags fitted over wire retainers which are attached to the tube sheet.
The tube sheet seals the filter bag compartment from the top plenum which also contains
the exhaust opening for the cleaned gases.
The bag cleaning mechanism consisting of blow tube,diaphragm valve, solenoid valvee, airheader pipe and a remotely mounted timer,is mounted on the top plenum.
Series of orifices on the blow tube pipe are provided above filter bags allowing discharge of the high pressure air is supplied to the blow tube through diaphragm valve and airheader pipe.
One solenoid valve controls one diaphragm valve and a certain number of solenoid valves are enclosed in the wiring through and wired tothe timer.
The hopper provides an inlet for the dust-laden gas and an outlet for the collected dust.
