4. In the Report File on field, select the computer on which to store the report file (either
workstation or server).
In the Report File field, enter a path and file name manually, or browse to a suitable location
for the new file and enter a file name.
To specify the report file, apply the following rules:
• Workstation - Specify a Windows path.
• Server - Specify a UNIX path if the server runs on AIX or Solaris operating systems, and
specify a Windows path for a Windows server.
You must enter at least a name for the report file. If you enter only a file name (that is, without
a path), RMA creates the report file in the default report directory. The default directory is
defined using the security configuration parameter, Root path for Report File.
5. Click Continue .
When the removal of authorisation is complete, RMA displays a dialog box with the results of
the cleanup. The dialog box shows the location of the log file and the number of removed
authorisations (the removal of a query and its related answer is considered as one record).
RMA creates a list of the removed authorisations in a report file at the specified location.
6. Click OK .
