Only about have 12 days to the end of 2009, another year will elapse. Specially, this is a big holiday in the occident, which everyone call Christmas.On this occasion, streets are decorated luxuriously and the shops are always crowded cause people go to shopping to buy necessary things for Christmas.A jubilant and eager atmosphere covers everywhere. Many cards are sent to friends and relatives with all the best wishes for a new year. But don’t forget that children are really the most eager people, who expect Christmas to come early. In the children’s eyes, Christmas always connects closely Santa Claus who brings marvelous gifts through chimneys.

In my opinion, a Vietnamse people, in my country Christmas isn’t a traditional celebration. But in my childhood, I’m the same age kids who I told above, I also thought about Christmas with all great things such as: snow, Santa Claus, gifts at Christmas night…And now when I grow up, on that day, I go out with my friends sometimes to feel only a little cold, to eat what is warm, to see streams of crowed people…I think they are not real interesting things with a number of people, but with me it’s not bad. Other people thought that Vietnamese youths are more enthusiastic to Christmas than traditional clebrations.So I agree with a part of that idea but it’s not total right. Because there are many youths, who use this occasion as a chance to create charitable actions to help poor people. As for me when we are living in integrative period, we contact with many new cultures so that each of us has own choices to show the most meaning things.

Thus, I and you, we completely welcome Christmas as a season of love, sharing and compassion.

Each year,people all over the world is eager for a big holiday take place in December called Christmas Day.

Chrismas is a holiday on December 25th celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ - is a holiday for everyone not only Christian. People usually prepare carefully for this day, such as shopping for food, decoration, Chirstmas tree, present,...in order to decorate their house, prepare for a dinner in that day.Children, mostly write a letter to Santa Claus - they write the present they wany to have, sometime is wishes in their letter.Beside, children usually hang their sock near a chimney. It's the preparation. How about the celebration? On Chrismas Eve, people often sing Christmas Carol, meet friends, relationship to make a wish for them. Some people often impersonate Santa Claus and give present for everyone.All Christian go to church in this day.
In England and Australia, people often make Chrismas cake - a traditional food made for Christmas day.

Christmas is coming, make a good preparation for your family and be kind to other people in Xmas day, you will get a great Christmas day! Belive me.
