Entrepreneurial orientation and organizational learning
According to Covin and Slevin (1989), entrepreneurial orientation relates to the methods, practices and decision-making styles that managers use to act entrepreneurially. Entrepreneurial orientation has been characterized by three dimensions (Miller, 1983). These are in novativeness, proactiveness and the propensity to risk investments in new businesses.
