the members of our staff participate in university education, moreover a part of the laboratory practices are done at our institute.
ABC is proud of its laser instrument which, based on their power and applicability belong to largest ones in the country.
The lasers of the industrial laser technology department are as follows
- 5 kw high-frequency excited Co2 gas laser (wavelength 10600 NM), with 5 axis CNC beam guiding system, which allows 3D processing,
- 2,7 kW diode pumped Nd: YaG solid state laser Nd: YAG soils state laser ( wavelength 1064. NM) , with a. 7-axis robot + an external rotating axis for moving the parts to be processed,
- ABC : YaG solid state impulse laser ( wavelength 1064 and 532 NM) with mirror wave-guiding and by articulated arm
- WA have a 4.5 Co2 slab-laser in our laboratory located in ABC, where deep penetration welding is mainly performed.
