The managers have to review the job evaluation of employee they want to give feedback before they meet and give feedback to employees. It can avoid confusion with the performance of different employees. Therefore, the manager has to know the main of task which manager give for each member to review the job evaluation of employee. The leaders should provide accurate result to employees. That will make employees feel safety when they work in HSBC because HSBC accurately assesses their performance. When leader feedback wrong, employees will feel it is not right with them. They feel that they are not respected. This is not good in working.5. Close with encouragement: After finished feedback, leaders should give ideas to encourage their staffs. Useful ideas, suitable and positive effects will be discussed before the end. Everyone still wants to encourage even though they have a wrong number. Employees in HSBC too, when they get the wrong or lower than the performance of other employees working and leaders evaluate them, they still want to encourage leaders alike. If the employees complete the task with the bad quality performance, the manager just encourages praising the spirit of respect for the effort, time, and responsibility of the employee to work. It will be a great motivation for our staff and support them to improve their weaknesses.
