3. What technology is needed? Employeess may need to use a computer or have access to cusomer records and files, special equipment, intercoms, and other forms of technology.

In slow-demand periods, one or two employees may make the entire pizza. During periods pf high demand, such as weekends and holidays, more employees may be needed.
