As you know, we will have dealer incentive trip for our customers to Russia and local in 2017 in order to thanks them for their contribution to Jotun and to build up closer relationship with them for long term development.

This is also the chance for our sales to learn more about other culture, landscape and people.

In order to thanks for great contribution of sales to development of Jotun in retail market, I would like to launch a RACING TO RUSSIA AND "NHỮNG CÔ GÁI NGA" program for all of you guys as below term of condition:



TO RUSSIA:

FOR SALES
We will invite top 4 SE performer (Base on total points) to join our trip as below condition:

FOR ASM:
We will invite top 2 ASMs (Not include HCM and HN) to join as below condition:


TO LOCAL TRIP
FOR SALES



and all ASM who not join the Russia trip.


Example:

Mr Nguyen Van A;
Target in 2016 is 36 Bills VND, he reach 42 bills ( 16% higher than target) then for target achievement; he got 16%/3%*5 points = 26.67 point (Round to 2 decimal)
He is in the rank of 6 in collections (His AR is 44 bills; his collection is 42 bills; achieved 105%; rank number 6) then he got 10 points
He opened 3 new dealers in 2016; then he got 9 points
So in total; he got 45.67 points; his rank is 3 in term of total: RACING TO RUSSIA AND "NHỮNG CÔ GÁI NGA"

The same way for local trip.

I will ask Huong to prepare a "Score Card" and update you monthly
