As informed to you about IHG food safety audit 2015, this is an unannounced audit from third party SGS to evaluate hotel food safety system and the result of audit will be sent back to IHG.

I would like to inform to you that 28 days from 18 August to 14 September, the auditor can come any day and the audit will be conducted. So that please keep your follow up for HACCP system at your outlet (documents recording, keep cleaning at your outlet, implement action plan from previous non conformances, …)

Please don’t hesitate let me know if you have any question or further

Dear all, Như thông báo với quý vị về kiểm toán an toàn thực phẩm IHG năm 2015, đây là một cuộc kiểm tra không báo trước từ bên thứ ba SGS đánh giá hệ thống an toàn thực phẩm khách sạn và các kết quả kiểm toán sẽ được gửi trở lại IHG. Tôi xin thông báo với các bạn rằng 28 ngày, kể từ 18 Tháng tám - 14 Tháng Chín, kiểm toán viên có thể đến bất kỳ ngày và việc kiểm toán sẽ được tiến hành. Vì vậy, mà hãy giữ theo của bạn lên cho hệ thống HACCP tại cửa hàng của bạn (tài liệu ghi lại, giữ vệ sinh tại cửa hàng của bạn, thực hiện kế hoạch hành động từ conformances phi trước, ...)
