Printer: Kodak Hero 5.1 Wireless



I swear I have tried every fix for this issue....I am completely stumped.

I have deleted ports, uninstalled, reinstalled, ran cleaners, spyware, virus....everything.



Does anyone have a fix for this issue. Installed product software tried to connect through network recieve 0x000003eb error.

Connected through USB all drives for the printer (including scanner) install just fine, when gets down to the printer it fails.



So now I have a scanner but still no printing abilities. I decided to just delete all printers installed on my computer and may have found the issue but I cant fix it. I have a canon selphy installed but for the name of the device it show the name of the printer that I am trying to install, so I am wondering if this is the conflict. When I removed the printer and rebooted, it is still showing with pending deletion. I tried to delete the port but says the resource is in use.



I have been at this for 3 days....any input would be greatly appreciated.

Tôi hoàn toàn stumped.Tôi đã xoá cổng, gỡ bỏ cài đặt, cài đặt lại, chạy chất tẩy rửa, phần mềm gián điệp, virus... tất cả mọi thứ. Có ai có một sửa chữa cho vấn đề này. Cài đặt sản phẩm phần mềm đã cố gắng để kết nối thông qua mạng nhận được 0x000003eb lỗi.Kết nối qua USB ổ tất cả cài đặt máy in (bao gồm cả máy quét) chỉ là tốt, khi được xuống tới máy in nó thất bại. Vì vậy bây giờ tôi có một máy quét nhưng vẫn không có khả năng in ấn. Tôi quyết định chỉ cần xóa tất cả máy in được cài đặt trên máy tính của tôi và có thể đã tìm thấy vấn đề nhưng tôi không thể sửa chữa nó.
