We, the Parties to the WTO Agreemen

We, the Parties to the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement ("the Agreement"),
meeting at Ambassadorial level in Geneva, having completed the final verification and legal review of
the results of the negotiations under Article XXIV:7 of the Agreement, are pleased to adopt the
elements of the results of the negotiations under Article XXIV:7 of the Agreement, which are set out
in two Appendices to this Decision:
(a) Appendix 1 is comprised of the Decision of the Committee on Government
Procurement on Adoption of "The Protocol Amending the Agreement on Government
Procurement" ("the Protocol"), which includes the Revised Text of the Agreement
and its Appendices; and
(b) Appendix 2 is comprised of the following Decisions of the Committee:
(i) Decision of the Committee on Government Procurement on Notification
Requirements under Articles XIX and XXII of the Agreement (Annex A);
(ii) Decision of the Committee on Government Procurement on Adoption of
Work Programmes (Annex B);
(iii) Decision of the Committee on Government Procurement on a Work
Programme on SMEs (Annex C);
(iv) Decision of the Committee on Government Procurement on a Work
Programme on the Collection and Reporting of Statistical Data (Annex D);
(v) Decision of the Committee on Government Procurement on a Work
Programme on Sustainable Procurement (Annex E);
(vi) Decision of the Committee on Government Procurement on a Work
Programme on Exclusions and Restrictions in Parties' Annexes (Annex F);
and
(vii) Decision of the Committee on Government Procurement on a Work
Programme on Safety Standards in International Procurement (Annex G).
2. We agree that the Decisions set out in Paragraph 1(b) shall enter into effect at the same time
as the Protocol. The Committee at its first meeting after the entry into force of the Protocol shall
make a statement confirming that the Decisions have been adopted and entered into effect on the date
the Protocol entered into force.

(v) Quyết định của Ủy ban về Mua sắm của Chính phủ về việc
Chương trình Đấu thầu bền vững (Phụ lục E);
(vi) Quyết định của Ủy ban về Mua sắm của Chính phủ về việc
Chương trình loại trừ và hạn chế trong các Phụ lục của các bên (Phụ lục F);
và
(vii) Quyết định của Ủy ban về Mua sắm Chính phủ về một công việc
Chương trình Tiêu chuẩn an toàn trong đấu thầu quốc tế (Phụ lục G).
2. Chúng tôi đồng ý rằng các quyết định nêu tại khoản 1 (b) sẽ có hiệu lực tại thời
là Nghị định thư. Ban tại cuộc họp đầu tiên của mình sau khi có hiệu lực của Nghị định thư sẽ
làm cho một tuyên bố xác nhận rằng các quyết định đã được thông qua và đưa vào hiệu lực từ ngày
Nghị định thư có hiệu lực.
