Procedure operation UPS
Step 1: Star up UPS
1. “ON” Q1 rectifier incoming breaker.
2. Wait for DC voltage to stabilize.
3. “ON” Q3 Battery breaker.
4. “ON” Q4 Outgoing Breaker.
5. Select Manual bypass switch to “ON” Position.
6. “ON” Q18
7. Select Manual bypass switch to “Transfer” Position.
8. Wait 30 second for self test and LED green.
9. Select Manual bypass switch to “OFF” Position.
10. “ON” Q1-1, Q1-2, Q1-3.
11. Measure output voltage and frequency.
Step 2: transfer system to by pass Ensure no alarm on the UPS.
1. “OFF” Q1-1, Q1-2, Q1-3.
2. Load transfer to SBS line.
3. Select Manual bypass switch to “Transfer” Position.
4. Select Manual bypass switch to “ON” Position.
Step 3: shut down UPS
1. Ensure no alarm on the UPS.
2. “OFF” Q1-1, Q1-2, Q1-3.
3. Load transfer to SBS line.
4. Select Manual bypass switch to “Transfer” Position.
5. Select Manual bypass switch to “ON” Position.
6. “OFF” Q18
7. “OFF” Q4
8. “OFF” Q1
9. “OFF” Q3

11. Measure output voltage and frequency.
Step 2: transfer system to by pass Ensure no alarm on the UPS.
1. “OFF” Q1-1, Q1-2, Q1-3.
2. Load transfer to SBS line.
3. Select Manual bypass switch to “Transfer” Position.
4. Select Manual bypass switch to “ON” Position.
Step 3: shut down UPS
1. Ensure no alarm on the UPS.
2. “OFF” Q1-1, Q1-2, Q1-3.
3. Load transfer to SBS line.
4. Select Manual bypass switch to “Transfer” Position.
5. Select Manual bypass switch to “ON” Position.
6. “OFF” Q18
7. “OFF” Q4
8. “OFF” Q1
9. “OFF” Q3

1. Ensure no alarm on the UPS.
2. “OFF” Q1-1, Q1-2, Q1-3.
3. Load transfer to SBS line.
4. Select Manual bypass switch to “Transfer” Position.
5. Select Manual bypass switch to “ON” Position.
6. “OFF” Q18
7. “OFF” Q4
8. “OFF” Q1
9. “OFF” Q3
