Pursuant to Decision no 1958/1998/Q

Pursuant to Decision no 1958/1998/QD-UB-QLDT dated April 13th, 1998 of City People’s Committee to issued the regulations of making and changing home address in Ho Chi Minh City area;
Pursuant to the plan of changing home address in Ward 22 reviewed by Land Cadastral Department and District People’s Committee;
Based on recommendation of Urban Management Department;

DECIDE:

Article 1: To renew home address number to: 261/3 (former number: 6N/12A)
Ngo Tat To Street – Ward 22 – Binh Thanh District
For the house located on the current state diagram – changing house number of Ward 22.

Article 2: To issue house number in order to serve the State’s management and create convenience in transactions, no value to accredit home ownership.

Article 3: Staffs of District People’s Committee Office, Chief of Urban Management Department, President of People’s Committee Ward 22, Binh Thanh District and Mr. NGUYEN XUAN TINH have responsibility to implement this decision.
