From the above table, it can be seen that most of the Project’s indirect competitors are selling at above US$2,000 psm. As such, management of the Company is confident that the Project will be able to fetch at least US$2,200 psm, given the superior location and smaller unit sizes.Due to lack of equivalent housing development in District 1, there is no direct competition in the vicinity. Over in District 4, developments under construction include Icon 56, Tressor and River Gate, all by Nova Land. There is also a development called EverRich in District 5.
