I would like to express my gratitude for our meeting on 11th August 2015
Relating to the commitment, I would like to note some matters which we are concern as follows:

 The new tenant shall ensure and warrant that they are legal owner of the assets which was formed by the Fit-out Works in the Demised Premises.

 The transfer and handover of such assets shall be agreed and executed as stipulated in the separate agreement by and between the new tenant and the old tenant. The new tenant shall indemnify the landlord against any claim, damage, and loss as the result of such transfer and handover.

For detailed content, kindly further refer the Article 6; Article 8, Schedule 2 and other related provision in the existing Tenancy Agreement.
