Managing Employee Relation Group
Ensuring policies, procedures and management practices are comply with local law and company guidelines.
Developing necessary Human Resources policies and procedures to manage Human Resources operations as business needs;
Managing all employee relation issues including company legal compliance, staff transfer and promotion, termination, merging and disciplinary action…
Managing all employee benefit including including obligatory insurances, Personal Accident and Health Care Insurance plan.
Organizing big/ new company events
Providing HR reports for local authority, senior managers and Head Quarter
Conducting HR training for new managers and employees
Other jobs assigned by Department Manager
Job requirement
Bachelor’s degree or above
At least 5 years’ working experience in relevant field
Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor laws, immigration laws, and obligatory insurance laws (social insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance)
Customer service mind, long-term working commitment
Good English writing and speaking skills
Good computing skills (Microsoft word, excel, power point, etc.)
Good soft skills (inter-personal interaction, team work, communication, presentation, problem solving, decision making, etc.)
Pro-active, challenging, creative, careful, detail oriented, open minded, friendly
