With reference to RT Contractor’s letter No. 43-XNK-KHKD dated 28 February 2014 about handing over rails and accessories for Contractors of CPI, CP2 and CP3.
After checking sub-contractors’ report on supply status of rails, fishplates and accessories for construction of CP2 Package, it is observed that:
• Some reported quantities of received materials is different with the figure which was recorded on receipt papers
• The requested quantity of special fishplates P50/P43 is greater than the designed figure Furthermore, P50/P43 special fishplates shall be only handed over (1) sub-contractors who construct station upgrading work; and (2) sub-contractors who construct track work near non-upgrading stations.
In order to ensure the sufficient supply of said materials, the Contractor has checked and calculated the quantity control sheet of rails, fishplates and accessories (as the enclosed file). Sub-contractors are requested to study this file; and have comments before 25 April 2014.
In case of no comment from sub-contractors on the enclosed file, the enclosed estimated sheet of material quantity control shall automatically be acknowledged as the final version. This data shall be reported to the Engineer and the Employer as the basis for material supply.

sau khi kiểm tra báo cáo nhà thầu phụ về cung cấp trạng Thái Lan can, fishplates và các phụ kiện cho xây dựng CP2 gói, nó quan sát thấy rằng:

Trong trường hợp không có nhận xét từ các nhà thầu phụ trên các tập tin đính kèm, kèm theo tờ ước tính số lượng vật liệu kiểm soát sẽ tự động được công nhận là phiên bản cuối cùng. Dữ liệu này sẽ được báo cáo với các kỹ sư và nhà tuyển dụng là cơ sở để cung cấp tài liệu.
