I think the setting are around the right setup. Perhaps you can tune to f18, ISO100 and 1/160 or 1/200. Also try to remove the Raynox, this is hell you capture more sharper image but important your lighting flash diffuser must done it right so allow enough light to the subject.
Keep try to change the f stop from f14 to f22 see which one give the best DOF. Sometime also depends to the subject you shot. For me I using Nikon D800, 105mm macro lens and small direct flag with the best setting i set f18, ISO100 and 1/200.
Different camera and lens give different DOF but you need to try it out to see which is best for your setup
By the way can you show me your camera lighting setup from front..
