PREFACETourism is becoming an important issue in the lives of people in Vietnam. Through tourism programs connect people together. To have a successful tourism program requires coordination between different parts : contact with customers, the information about the destination ... Only the lack of cooperation also makes the tourism programs to fail. Therefore, we see the importance of tourism activities in the country. To get a sucessful tourism program and the job is not duplicative and omissions , we need to have a specific process. Based on my background knowledge and the experience I gained during my intership, I decide to choose the topic for this report as : “The process of operating domestic tours in Hoang Giang Viet Tourist Limited Company.” The purpose of this report is to study the process of operating tours and lesson learned during the internship – one of the most important activities of the tourism enterprises. The report consists of three seperate parts:Chapter 1: Overview of Hoang Giang Viet Co., LtdChapter 2: The process of operating domestic tours in Hoang Giang Viet Co., LtdChapter 3: Conclusion, proposals, and experience lessons CHAPTER 1 OVERVIEW OF HOANG GIANG VIET CO., LTD1.1 History and development of corporation Hoang Giang Viet Co., Ltd was established on January 1st, 2000 under Business Registration Certificate No. 0302075869 issued on September 7th, 2000 by Binh Thanh District Tax Department. Function of the company specializing in business tourism, hotel, transport services ... Before 2000, the company mainly engaged in the partial service: selling air tickets, transportation, hotel reservations ... The company has not yet developed the travel package or focus on tourism. Due to innovation policy during the opening of the country's economy, the company has recruited highly qualified staff, investment in tourism business. This is considered the beginning of the Hoang Giang Viet Co., Ltd.
Over the past fifteen years, Hoang Giang Viet Co., Ltd has continued to grow rapidly and aimed to become a holding corporation, with Hoang Giang Viet (one of the ticket agents for more than 20 airline famous domestic and international) as the parent company, and two subsidiaries, demonstrating themselves as widely recognized brand name in the travel services (including domestic tourism and international, insurance, visa, official airline and air tickets agency in Vietnam).
In November 2015, the company’s head office moved from 201 to 80 Dinh Tien Hoang Street. Since then, Hoang Giang Viet branch acts as an independent unit and operates to enhance development.

The structure of the company is organized to meet the needs of business activities, it requires the parts must have the support of most of the parts of the company to achieve the highest efficiency on the job.
• Personnel structure of the company includes:
- Director: 1 person
- Office for Organization Administration: 3 person
- Ticket office: 9 collaborators and 15 guides
- Accounting Department: 2 person( 1 chief accountant and 1 staff)
- Hotel Tourism Rooms –Insurance: 1 person
