I send to you slide introduction about VoIP and Freeswitch.
Please remember to practise Freeswitch XML Dialplan and do this exercise, I will check it next Wednesday, June 18, 2014.
Demo:
+ Company A has 2 departments: sales and support, each department has 3 agents (3 sip accounts).
+ Company A order one sip trunk account from FPT with DID number 0873453456
+ Customers call to that DID number will hear welcome message and could press 1 to contact sales department, press 2 to contact support department. If no one answer that call in 45 seconds, the customers can leave voicemail message.
+ All inbound/outbound calls need to be recorded.
+ Use music on hold for waiting calls, instead of ringing tone.
+ Billing (using mod_nibblebill):
- Each sip account has their balance in mysql db
- If their balance value >= 0, can't make call
- If their balance value > 0, they can make call with rate from rate table and that call will be auto hangup if their balance reduced to 0.
