It is equipped with:
- A new enrobing conveyor “CHOCOPLAK”, width 180 mm with variable speed and adjustable patting in
frequency and inclination of the detailer
- A removable fan with variable height and output.
- A enrobing discharge spout with removable part
- A hood with total opening to maintain in temperature the enrobing zone to spare the discharge spout and
the shelf solidify.
- A pedal to on/off of the conveyor.
