Introduction
Vietnam is a paradise food when each region has a particular food. If the north Vietnam has ‘’pho’’ and the south has ‘’Hu tieu’’, the centrals has ‘’bun bo hue’’ which is used in all the meal of Vietnamese people. It can be eaten in the morning, evening or even midday. In fact, bun bo hue just has some simple elements like: Vietnamese pork roll, beef and onions, but the special of the food is chili satay and broth. Two of them are indispensable factor to make a delicious “bun bo”
Task 4.1 Investment capital
I see that in my living, there are many apartments , motel rooms, and quite crowded people . So, I have a plan to do business with bun bo to make a profit and introduce my cooking for people.
My customers will be people in The Prince apartment and other motels in district Phu Nhuan.The place is quite bustle and crowded in evening and night, so I decided to choose the place to do my business.
In the other hand, I also realized that the place does not have any bun bo store but it has other competitors for my store when many food stores appear in the place: Pho, Vietnamese broken rice or bread cart. Although this location is quite attractive, it also creates competition in business, especially food.

I must spend about 7,160,000 to buy necessary cooking utensil to do my product. It includes a large pot to contain big broth about 60 people, a glass cupboard for putting beef and onion, a wheelchair sales to help me push the cooking tools easily and some equipment like: knife, pan and so on

I want to save my cost production, so will sale my product in street. To sale effectively, I will discuss with local government in district Phu Nhuan and give them 1,500,000 VND each month for rental
Furthermore, I need 1 person to help me bring bow for customers. I will hire a employee work for me with 1 hour/13,000 VND from 17h to 23h all day. He/she can absent 2 times in a week, at that time, I will hire another person from my family to replace him/her. To sum up, I will pay for employee about 2,232,000 VND.
I will spend about 3,732,00 for 2 factors. If I plus initial investment capital and working capital, it is 9,446,000VND.
