Clause 2 - ACME Foodstuff Trading L.L.C Dubai, U.A.E ‘s obligations

ACME Foodstuff Trading L.L.C Dubai, U.A.E shall:

1. Pay the Service Fee as below agreed quotation:

I Warehouse Storage Charge per M2 per month USD 3.50USD/M2/ Month

II BWH inbound & outbound Handling Charges Per 20’ CURR FEE

Container (Excluding VAT)

1 Loading, transportation charge from port to warehouse USD 108

2 Quarantine certificate USD 45

3 Charge of customs procedures USD 172

Unloading from container into bonded warehouse; Stuffing

cargo from BWH into container ( including packing fee) USD 98

5 Charge of Transportation USD 64

Total of handling charges (per 20’) USD 487

 Local charges for import shipment will pay as per carrier’s invoices such as D/O, THC, CIC,

Container cleaning fee, etc.

 Excluding penalty fee caused by overdue keeping container at the port.
