The vehicle must be well maintained

The vehicle must be well maintained and used in proper purpose as instructed by Party B. The first status of vehicle changed by side A during rental time is prohibited. The price of brand new vehicle is VND 464,640,000 / unit. In case the hired vehicle gets loss or missing, Party A will compensate to party B based on the remaining value of the vehicle at the time of loss / missing occurred.
