THAO: Yes, I have changed my sleeping habits
GIANG: Why did you change your sleeping habits?
THAO: Because, I usually go to bed late, while i have to wake up early and go to work. The day after, I could not focus on my work, often make mistakes. I feel very tired. And I think I need to change my sleeping habit. I try to go to bed early, wake up early and go to gym. Afterthat, my healthy has improved so much. How about you?
GIANG: I have changed my communication habits
THAO: Can you explain why do you change communication habits?
GIANG: Previously, I think very negative, I don't have many friends. I do not feel confident when I stood before the crowd. It has affected my life so much. And I have participated in communication skill courses, as well as the exchanges club. After the courses, I feel confident, I became more friendly with everyone, and now that I have many friends.
