I think we need to think of something similar for Mme:

1. Raising investment for the project seems important as it means we get some cash out up front (maybe we can share part of commission with Mme). Maybe in this case we get some clients to put in $1m each for a unit + profit sharing... or some attractive formula

2. Sale of units involves a 4+ month citizenship application screening process before sale closes and commission gets paid, which is slow…

3. We would like to get a part of the processing fee as this is paid up front. The fee is non-refundable if citizenship application is rejected

4. We need to find a way to guarantee project construction/completion. Apart from aiming to use local contractors, Yearwoods have nothing in place (yet) to achieve the construction phase… i.e. maybe we require a project manager and take a fee for that.

5. I am not going to say anything to Yearwoods at this stage except tell them we can’t do much to help… They need to unders
