The purpose of the Project will be summarized in the following three objectives.
a) Project Cost shall be kept within the budget (Cost)
b) Project shall be completed within the expected term (Schedule)
c) Completed plant must meet the specified performance in terms of production capacity and products quality, and have excellent features in operation, maintenance, safety and reliability (Quality)
The project management shall be executed to achieve the above mentioned objectives satisfactorily, and the elements of control for the project management are:
1) Interface management: Coordination work and administration work for the project execution
2) Cost control: Cost and man-power control of the project
3) Time schedule control: Time schedule control of the entire project execution
4) Quality Control: quality control of design and engineering, equipment and materials manufactured and field construction work
5) Information Control: control of the project documentation, design document and drawings and change orders etc
