18. Completion of Outstanding Work and Remedying Defects
18.1. In order that the Works and Contractor's Documents, and each the Equipment. shall be in the condition required by the Contract (fair wear and tear excepted) by the expiry date of the relevant Warranty Period or as soon as practicable thereafter, the Contractor shall:
(a) complete any work which is outstanding on the date stated in the Punch List, within such reasonable time as is instructed by the Purchaser:
(b) execute all work required to remedy defects or damage, before the expiry date of the Warranty Period for the Equipment.

18.1. Để các công trình và tài liệu của nhà thầu, và mỗi các thiết bị. được trong điều kiện yêu cầu của hợp đồng (hao mòn trừ) đến ngày hết thời hạn bảo hành có liên quan hoặc càng sớm càng tốt sau đó, Nhà thầu phải:
(a) hoàn tất mọi công việc mà là xuất sắc vào ngày ghi trong Danh punch, trong thời gian hợp lý như được hướng dẫn bởi người mua:
(b) thực hiện tất cả các công việc cần thiết để khắc phục các khiếm khuyết hoặc hư hỏng, trước ngày hết thời hạn bảo hành cho các thiết bị.
