Earlier, I told you about how I personally enrolled 40 people in one month which was the very first time I achieved massive success. After that month, an interestingpattern occurred and I noticed that I didn’t have one single team member out enroll me. I had some people get close and enroll 30 to 35, but nobody else did 40 because I had set the bar at 40.After noticing this pattern, I decided I would raise the bar. I went out andenrolled an additional 20 people and got up to 60 total people personally enrolled in mybusiness within one month. What happened next was almost magical… All of asudden, I had people in my group who had enrolled 40, 45, and 50 people. You see, once my group saw that it was possible to do more, they gained the faith and the confidence that they could go out and achieve it too.I could write about leadership all day, but for the sake of time I’m just going to give you a few quick laws of leadership. Before I continue, understand that these are NOT suggestions. These are not should’s, they’re not maybe’s… You ABSOLUTELY MUST follow these laws if you want to become a powerful leader: First, a leader must have a dream larger than those that you lead. Big dreamers inspire others to dream big. Second, a leader must have an attitude superior to those that you lead. Leaders fill themselves with positive thoughts; they act in an upbeat manner at all times when they’re in front of those that they lead. So positive attitudes are contagious, just like negative ones. But here’s the thing, negative attitudes have an evengreater affect and impact on your people. This is important. In networkmarketing, one negative or critical statement about the company, your upline, or the product can destroy entire organizations. So remember, have an attitudesuperior to those that that you lead. Third, and this should go without saying, leaders must always display a commitment to integrity and character. So here’s the thing: Never talk be hind anyone’s back. Not your upline, not your downline, not your crossline.
