Thanks for your kind response and demand for revised VEF price.
With this email, I once again would like to reiterate you that the newly proposed or change rate of your is not accepted.

As per new policy and regulation from our investor, the change rate has to be quoted in RMB only. And the offered and /or given price will and could only be at the rate of 100 VEF vs 5.5 RMB or equivalent to 159 VEF v 1 USD or 7. 75 HKD only and not at any other rate full stop.

The said price of 110 VEF vs 5.5 RMB will be divided as follow: (i) Net price of 4.0 RMB or equivalent to 116 VEF vs 1 USD (7. 75 HKD ) and (ii) the remaining 1.5 RMB or equivalent to 43 VEF as processing and commission fees for concerned parties.

The said fees of 1.5 RMB, will be distributed as follow: (i) 1 RMB is for the RMB /HKD provider's Team (Bank change, Chinese Officers and ect., ) and (ii) the remaining 0.5 RMB as commission fee to intermediaries of both sides on and equal ( 50:50 ) basic.

Once again I would like to remind you that the above structure is fixed and given by the RMB /HKD provider so could not be changed and not negotiable. The said provider is a Tear one provider.

Hence you are strongly be advised to accept and sign contract as it is and much return it to us within the next 12 hours ie., by today,
Sunday night, if is not by then, thence we will assume that you are not interested in continuing the process and the door will be closed no more discussion and communication between us from thence one.

On contrary, if you and your VEF Provider are still interested in the said change programmer, then you and your provider are requested to move fast as suggested.

The aforesaid given exchange rate is fixed and based on our existing concluding contract with other VEF Providers similar as yours but bigger one.

As for your VEF Provider, a quota of 1 T only has been allocated, We gave this special offer as well as the 72 hours time frame to you is because of Amie only, Who has been our close business partner for quite some time if not we not give it out to you.

Hence you are strongly be advised to accept and sign contract and return it to us by today, Sunday, mi-night together with related documents which shall include following documents /information :
1. Signatory / Mandate :
Scanned copy of mandate ID or passport;
2. Bank Coordinates of transferring account;
3. Tearsheet of transferringaccount;
4. Corporate Certificate (RIF);and
5. Board Resolution
The above documents much be Consistent and presented in one package.
