10.4 Isolation ProcedureThe Permit Issuer shall determine the isolation requirements that for reasons of complexity, irregularity of use, or hazardous nature, are defined in the PTW.Permit Issuer is responsible for the “Test for Live” after the isolations are completed and is performed with the JGCS Task Supervisor, engineer (permit receiver) in attendance.Once isolations and “Test for Live” are complete the Permit Issuer & Permit Receiver can sign the permit to work or close the PTW as required. No.S-000-1654-0200V Page 24 of 4010.5 Person unable to be contactedIf a person has not removed their Personal Safety lock and Personal Danger tag and cannot be contacted, the Permit Issuer together with relevant JGCS Field Discipline Supervisor once approved by the Permit Approver shall together carry out the removal.
