Although the overall communication skills among university students are good, there are still certain aspects that

are not up to the expectations of potential employers (Masitah Misdi, et al. 2010). Therefore, skills under a few sub-
constructs that need to be improved. Communication skills should be cultivated in every course and lecturers must

play a more significant. Lecturers must give constructive feedback on students’ presentations and communication

skills wherever possible. On the other hand, students must actively participate in every activity that develops their

communication skills.

Mặc dù các kỹ năng giao tiếp chung giữa các sinh viên đại học là tốt, vẫn còn có những khía cạnh nhất định mà

không phải là theo sự mong đợi của nhà tuyển dụng (Masitah Misdi, et al. 2010). Vì vậy, kỹ năng dưới một vài tiểu
cấu trúc mà cần phải được cải thiện. Kỹ năng giao tiếp nên được trồng ở mỗi khóa học và giảng viên phải

đóng một quan trọng hơn. Giảng viên phải đưa ra ý kiến phản hồi về bài thuyết trình của học sinh và truyền thông

kỹ năng bất cứ nơi nào có thể. Mặt khác, sinh viên phải tích cực tham gia vào mọi hoạt động phát triển của

kỹ năng giao tiếp.
