AT&T DSL Disconnecting every 20-30 minutes

I don't know if this is in the wrong area where to post this but I'm looking for help with this. We have a 2wire modem that seems to disconnect randomly throughout the day, sometimes it will disconnect a thousand times a day and some other days only a few times. We also do not have a phone. After it disconnects for about 2 seconds, it reconnects again. This is the error I get on the browser.

The system could not contact your Internet service provider to create an Internet connection.

This can occur due to emergency network maintenance or other unforeseen temporary service disruptions. The Service LED light on the front of the system will automatically turn green once the problem has been resolved, typically within a short period.

If this condition persists, you can also try restarting your system by clicking the REBOOT SYSTEM button below.

Also a few things I forgot to mention. We have a few wireless devices that connect to the modem, and a few hard lined devices, both get disconnected. I can also post some more data when I get home from my modems website. Thanks for your help in advance. I would really appreciate it, it is extremely aggravating when you we are trying to do something using the internet and it keeps disconnecting. Also, it SEEMS like it's been doing it more frequently lately, but this has been an ongoing problem for about a year now.

The place to start is to post the modem stats. Also note whether the DSL light is dropping or changing color when it happens.
