Abstract
Jatropha curcas oil seed is used as an alternative energy to replace fossil fuel. J. curcas genome can be modified by adding desired gene using Agrobacterium transformation to develop J. curcas plant quality. The explants regeneration was carried out in tissue culture solid medium. However, established tissue culture method may not give the same result due to genetic variation from the explants. The media optimization was done by combining IBA and BAP for callus induction and combination of IBA, BAP, and GA3 for shoot induction. The most optimum media for Jatromas callus induction was BIL and SIG for shoot induction.

Jatropha curcas hạt có dầu được sử dụng như là một thay thế năng lượng để thay thế nhiên liệu hóa thạch. J. curcas gen có thể được sửa đổi bằng cách thêm gen mong muốn bằng cách sử dụng chuyển đổi Agrobacterium để phát triển chất lượng cây J. curcas. Việc cấy tái sinh đã được thực hiện trong nuôi cấy mô môi trường rắn. Tuy nhiên, thiết lập phương pháp nuôi cấy mô có thể không cung cấp cho cùng một kết quả do biến dị di truyền từ các mẫu cấy. Việc tối ưu hóa phương tiện truyền thông đã được thực hiện bằng cách kết hợp IBA và BAP cho callus cảm ứng và kết hợp của IBA, BAP, và GA3 cho chụp cảm ứng. Các phương tiện truyền thông tối ưu nhất cho Jatromas callus cảm ứng là BIL và SIG cho chụp cảm ứng.
