Reporting to General Counsel/Chairm

Reporting to General Counsel/Chairman and the line manager, you will be responsible for:
•Review Marketplace and Retail contract;
•Conduct research on relevant laws, regulation and legal articles;
•Organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing systems;
•Work 5 days/week (Mon to Fri)

2. Job Requirements
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
•University graduate with Law bachelor degree
•Self-motivated, hard-worker, well-organized, and much attention to details with good team management skills
•Pro-activeness and ability to work under high pressure
•Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
•Advance in English language and well capable of Microsoft Office suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Enthusiasm for e-commerce and its opportunities
•Previous e-commerce or trading/retail industry experience knowledge as a plus
•Clever, Careful, honest, willing to learn
•Eager to work with number and documents
•Experience in trading/retail industry is a plus.
