There will be no swap at least until April!

"Firstly, I'm hoping to get some good news from the programmers today regarding the BAP bug issue. As soon as that's working, we'll issue a bunch of random ads as a test for the upcoming ad issues next week.

Then on Sunday we'll issue a nominal ad issue. And then from Monday onwards I want to be back to normal, and aim to get back to complete consistency. The ad issues will be whatever they are; we'll just keep rolling them out!

PV is going to start buying shares again... It's removed it's road blocks, and i'll use 10% of the available ad issue money each day, to keep snapping those up.

Regarding ad issues, i'm going to adjust the fixed ad issue process a bit to issue as follows:
1x 30% of available ad issue money
20x 1% of available ad issue money
__x ad groups' default ad value
1x whatever is left over!

I think that'll give us a better mix of ads. Keep the high value ads popping up every now and again. But still focusing on quantity. To get our ad issue backlog down.

Furthermore, a swap is not imminent!
Even if we do one, we want to drag the process out for as long as possible -- as we need to allow time for the programmers to actually build stuff. As that adds value to the business helps increase the value of the shares to justify the swap... And the programmers' ability to do that should increase substantially from the end of this month onwards, as our first Polish office is fully operational. (With the Slovenian one coming online shortly thereafter)

I have set my decision making date to March 9th-12th. Come that date / week, we'll see how things are, and decide whether or not a debt swap is going to be necessary (with any luck, it won't be)... And if not, we'll set another date 4 weeks after that to re-evaluate again.... And in the event that we decide a swap is needed. It will occur exactly 4weeks AFTER that decision date. Thereby there will not be a swap before April 6th. That is guaranteed.
