The goal of this study was the evaluation of the periodontal health by means of CPI score in inhabitants of big and small cities in the age range from 65 to 74 and making comparison with previous Polish and European studies from XXI century. Also an average number of natural teeth, the edentulous persons percentage, the percentage of people with oral function maintenance and prevalence of oral mucosal diseases were evaluated. There were also attempts to evaluate essential behaviours related to the oral health and the percentage of people that are treated with use of non-reimbursed or reimbursed services.

Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này là đánh giá của sức khỏe răng miệng bằng điểm số CPI trong cư dân của các thành phố lớn và nhỏ trong độ tuổi 65-74 và làm so với Ba Lan trước đó và nghiên cứu châu Âu từ thế kỷ XXI. Ngoài ra một số trung bình của răng tự nhiên, những người có tỷ lệ phần trăm edentulous, tỷ lệ phần trăm của những người có chức năng duy trì miệng và tỷ lệ mắc bệnh ở niêm mạc miệng được đánh giá. Cũng có một nỗ lực để đánh giá hành vi cần thiết liên quan đến sức khỏe răng miệng và tỷ lệ người được điều trị bằng việc sử dụng các dịch vụ phi hoàn trả hoặc được hoàn thuế.
