Training Expectation
I'm willing to study in your country for thoracic surgery, especially lung surgery. Because due to my country's severe climate and capital's air pollution, respiratory system's infection and disease becoming more widespread. According to our state statistics respiratory system disease is number one of among thoracic diseases. The medical researchers (physicians) recently reported a huge increases in disease of chest operation and the lung operational disease was conveyed(reported) as highest rates.
Especially atelectasis caused by pneumothorax, hydrothorax, lung abscess, pulmonary cancers are increasing.
For doctors of surgeon, one of the problem is that technology way of lung surgery is not developed well, treatment guideline is not completed in our country.
We would like to visit to developed country to see modern, treatment and advanced technology of lung surgery, structure and organization of department of general surgery and equipment is that used for treatment, treatment management to implement in our country such as in our hospital.
In public hospital of our country has not department of lung surgery. That`s why we are aiming at opening first department of lung surgery. We would like to study and see structure and organization of department of lung surgery, what kind of equipment is used for surgery. Also we would like to learn experience from used treatment advanced technology of your country`s doctor. Such as I am interested in VATS+ thoracic surgery (Lung surgery) to learn.
I want to study in your hospital for1 month.
Training period: from 01 September, 2016 to 30 September, 2016.

tôi sẵn sàng để học tập tại nước bạn để phẫu thuật lồng ngực, đặc biệt là phẫu thuật phổi. Bởi vì do khí hậu đất nước của tôi nặng và ô nhiễm không khí vốn của, nhiễm trùng hệ thống hô hấp và bệnh trở nên phổ biến hơn. Theo thống kê nhà nước của chúng tôi bệnh hệ hô hấp là số một trong số các bệnh lồng ngực. Các nhà nghiên cứu y tế (bác sĩ) mới đây đã báo cáo một sự gia tăng rất lớn trong bệnh hoạt động ngực và bệnh hoạt động phổi đã được chuyển tải (báo cáo) là tỷ lệ cao nhất.
Đặc biệt là xẹp phổi do tràn khí màng phổi, hydrothorax, áp xe phổi, ung thư phổi đang gia tăng.
Đối với các bác sĩ phẫu thuật ghép , một trong những vấn đề là cách công nghệ phẫu thuật phổi không phát triển tốt, hướng dẫn điều trị không được hoàn thành ở nước ta.
Chúng tôi muốn đến thăm đất nước phát triển để xem hiện đại, xử lý và công nghệ tiên tiến của phẫu thuật phổi, cơ cấu tổ chức của khoa phẫu thuật và trang thiết bị nói chung được sử dụng cho điều trị, quản lý điều trị để thực hiện ở nước ta như trong bệnh viện của chúng tôi.
tại bệnh viện công cộng của nước ta có không khoa phẫu thuật phổi. `S lý do tại sao chúng tôi đang hướng tới mở bộ phận đầu tiên của phẫu thuật phổi. Chúng tôi muốn nghiên cứu và xem cấu trúc và tổ chức của bộ phận phẫu thuật phổi, loại thiết bị được sử dụng trong phẫu. Ngoài ra chúng tôi muốn học hỏi kinh nghiệm từ việc điều trị được sử dụng công nghệ tiên tiến của các bác sĩ country`s của bạn. .
