Dear Huong,
I would like to clarify with you regarding the Team Member and Independent Distributor. We now call the distributor “Team Member”. The logo that should be displayed on the Team Member’s website called “Independent Distributor” or “Independent Team Member”, they are the same.
The website http://ttpglobal.net/index.php/vi/contact-us is also violated our P&P.
1. This website belongs to our Team Member and needs to comply by our policies. The Team Members may use the internet to promote the Synergy opportunity and products by creating a personal website subject to the relevant Laws. You have to check the laws in your country what are the requirements. Only in the U.S. that we have the Internet Reseller Program that the Team Members need to enroll and have to comply by our policies in order to sell/promote Synergy products at the retail price and can link to Synergy website to sell the products at the wholesale price. If the U.S. Team Members will not enroll in the program, they can promote the Synergy products/opportunity but they cannot sell the products. No other countries that implement this program yet.
This website needs to display “Independent Distributor” or “Synergy Independent Team Member” on every page of the website.
2. I found that on top and at the bottom of the first webpage it showed “Synergy Viet Nam, Team Thien Thu” and on the left hand side of this page there is a link “Synergy in Vietnam”. I am afraid that other Team Members may misunderstand that this website belong to Synergy Vietnam. So, the Team Member should put “You are about to leave this page to Synergy website” or “You are redirecting to Synergy website”.
3. Please check the price of Synergy products that displayed on the website, they should not be lowered than the wholesale price.
4. Please check with your GM whether he allows the Team Member to sell Synergy products online or not. Please also note that the products in one country cannot be shipped or sold in another countries.
I need your help to check on this website as specified in the aforementioned since I cannot read Vietnamese. Also, I already sent you the distributor logo that should be displayed on every page of the website, you can sent it to the Team Member to fix it.
